Meet the founders & site director
Westwood Enrichment Hub was built from scratch by two Westwood parents who saw a need and decided to fill it — supported by a Site Director who brings it all to life every day.

Jennifer Katsilieris
Jenn is married to her husband, George, with three young children Nick, Joe and Leila. They have lived in Westwood for nearly 10 years.
Prior to starting the Westwood Enrichment Hub with Kate, Jenn was a second grade classroom teacher in Needham Public Schools for 4 years and an assistant director of an after school program grades K–5 in Newton for 10 years.
Jenn serves as the Secretary of the Martha Jones Elementary School PTO.

Kate Latham
Kate is married to her husband, Tim, with two young boys, Ryan and Drew. They have lived in Westwood for 8 years.
Prior to starting Westwood Enrichment Hub with Jenn, Kate worked in HR for 20+ years in the technology space and was most recently the VP, People at Backlight.
Kate sits on the Board of the Westwood Youth Soccer organization and is an active coach and grade-level program coordinator.

Tony brings energy, structure, and warmth to WEH every single day as our Site Director — the person who keeps everything running smoothly on the ground.
His dedication to the kids and families of Westwood makes him an essential part of everything we do at the Hub.
Specialists who make enrichment shine
Our coordinators are subject-matter experts who design and lead the enrichment experiences kids look forward to most.
Designs and leads creative arts projects that encourage self-expression and hands-on exploration. Every session is thoughtfully planned to spark curiosity and celebrate each child's unique creativity.
