With that in mind, we offer enrollment options at a flat monthly fee. This fee is inclusive of all enrichment sessions offered as well as early release days, vacation weeks, and holidays and professional development days (select tiers) as well.

FINANICAL POLICY FAQs
What happens if we need to withdraw from the program?
A 30-day written notice is required for all withdrawals. If your family receives a spot in the district’s Extended Day program, the notice period will be waived to support a smooth transition.
Can we change our child’s schedule (add or drop a day)?
Yes. Please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Each family may make one schedule change per school year at no cost. Additional changes may be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Are there special rules for Wednesdays?
Yes. Enrollment in Wednesdays requires a minimum two-day schedule (Wednesday plus at least one other day). Families who enrolled under different terms may be grandfathered in. If a Wednesday spot is dropped, it will be offered to families on the waitlist, and you will need to rejoin the waitlist to return.
